Using basic movement patterns, you'll pull, push, hinge, and squat your way to lean muscle mass. This self-paced class is designed for all abilities. Each week, the format of the class remains the same while the exercises change.

This interval based workout is a combination of cardio and strength exercises performed at a high intensity followed by a short, low intensity recovery period. This circuit-style class is sure to provide a tough workout. You’ll be challenged to push your own individual limits and walk out feeling strong!

Get ready to smile and sweat with this full-body workout that targets all the major muscle groups. Each week will feature a different format that will shape and tone your body from head to toe and is designed to challenge you while increasing strength, decreasing body fat and improving overall conditioning. Appropriate for all levels.
SPIN
Whether you're a beginner or avid cyclist, this class can challenge all levels! Different rides include but are not limited to: intervals, strength, split rides, race day, combo & variety.

This class utilizes breathing techniques and gentle movements specific to hip opening and back mobility. You will connect your mind and body while stretching and mobilizing your muscles and joints. Appropriate for all levels.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Vinyasa style yoga focuses on specific areas while toning the system as a whole giving special attention to alignment and taking care of oneself.
